This tour is a fun outing, however it is quite a bit of driving for about 5 hours of actually being in Bruges. You have to get up quite early (I believe we left around 7:15 or so in the morning), got there around 11:15, and left at 4:15, not arriving back in Paris until 9. The travel time to and from your hotel to the Cityrama office adds more travel time. However, Bruges is a beautiful city and I'm glad I did this tour. 5 hours is plenty of time to see the highlights, go on a little boat tour and walk around the old town. One suggestion- bring your own map of Bruges as the tour doesn't provide it and I found that every street begins to look the same if you are running around frantically trying to find the tour bus so they don't leave you stranded.
This tour is a wonderful way of seeing the countryside surrounding Paris. I loved each day of this tour. The first day is Normandy- Rouen, Honfleur, and the D-day beaches. The second day is San Mont Michel and San Malo. The third day is the Loire valley. The tour guide was awesome and the towns are so gorgeous. My only warning with this, however, is that it is a pretty hardcore tour- expect to wake up early everyday and go until late. We had wake up calls at 6:15/6:30, and weren't done with dinner until 9/9:30 at night. Dinner isn't served until 8/8:30 in the evening, so buy some snacks in-between lunch and dinner. Also, be sure to bring an umbrella- it rains often in these regions.
