We appreciated the the Paris Pass package - the combination of the museum pass, Le Bus Rouge, and metro ticket were terrific. There is a lot of descriptive information available upon picking the pass, much more than can be available on-line and reviewed before picking up your pass.. What was not appreciated was the lack of concern and bad attitude received when picking up our pass in Paris. There were no other customers in line and the representative made sure we knew she did not have the time or inclination to answer any questions. The customer service representative was rude and dismissive. Customer service counts.
