The tour was very enjoyable and visited all the major sites. The guide was knowledgeable and amusing. Good value for money. The one big 'no,no' was the bus- it was old, the upholstery was falling off the seats and paint was peeling everywhere. Grayline ought to be ashamed.
Good value for money. Guides were knowledgeable and amusing. Always a good way to get to know the main attractions - and then visit them later.
Quebec City, Canada
Once the tour actually started it was good. However, the times of the tour on the Viator voucher were not the actual times of the tours. Hence, the bus did not show up when we expected it to. The tour was actually at 11.00 am not 10.15 am. The guide was good and tour, as usual, highlighted the attractions of this wonderful city.
New York City, New York
The early bird gets the worm. Starting early prevented us from having to queue which was great. Tour guide Megan was lively and knowledgeable. One suggestion - we could have spent much more time at the air and space museum and less time trying to get through the New York traffic. Just go straight from Empire State Building - forget the city tour - and the audio did not work on the bus anyway. Altogether a lot of fun.
The bus trip around Zurich was fast and with simple - 'this is this building; this is that building'. Very little history or interesting knowledge. Then to Rapperswill - very little on the way. Then a tour of a castle, up hill in the rain, and the castle is not even open to the public. The guide then told us roughly where the boat back to Zurich was and left. A total waste of money.
