We were picked up on time at the designated location even though our flight was 4 hrs late. We left a message when we knew our flight would be late at the office but we weren't sure they got it. Our driver helped us with the luggage as our hotel didn't have a porter and brought it right to our room. I gave her a nice tip as she deserved it.
Very unhappy and dissatisfied with the Holland pass and wouldn't recommend it. We went to the Van Gogh museum and had to wait 40 min. to get in and were told when we got there that it would be a 2 min. wait. We watched people who had either bought tickets at the museum store or online stream into the museum while we who had "skip the line" tickets had to wait. It was extremely frustrating. I also find that the pass is very limiting. It's advertised as allowing entry to 7 museums. However, it really only allows free access to 2 museums and that depends on whether they take the paper voucher that has the tulip on it or the windmill. If you have already used the tulip, for example, at one museum and you go to another museum that requires it and doesn't accept the discount card, your stuck paying full price. It was so not worth the money I would never do it again.
