Expected to be able to board our bus outside the Office but our group plus one other had to follow our tour guide quite a distance to under the Lourve to board our bus which I was not expecting. Is it possible or practical to split passengers into buses by language spoken as having everything explained in spanish, japanese and english became a bit tedious. Reims except for the Cathedral wasn't that interesting - if we missed other landmarks perhaps a small handout could have helped. We were back at the bus stop about an hour early! Mumms Champagne was interesting although the tour guide and tour at Moet/Chandon was much better and more interesting. I would have loved to have had time to walk around the streets of Epernay as it looked like a lovely village rather than the extra time in Reims. On the whole the bus trip was comfortable and the staff knowlegeable. As with all bus trips there were people back late every time but except for leaving them there what can you do! Would have left them there. (After a while they may learn) I would recommend this tour to other Australian friends.
