Good way to get an introduction to Amsterdam. The traffic and the lights are crazy in Amsterdam, so you have to take extra care. Unfortunately, the bikes are not very good (compared to bike tours we did in Munich and Berlin). The brakes did not work well (i.e., pedalling backwards to brake), and on my bike the front brakes were rubbing against the wheel, which made cycling harder,
Out guide (Inger) was very good. She showed us the key spots with good explanations.
Great guide (Sophie), who was knowledgable and had a great sense of humour. She kept the group going throughout the tour. The tour itself is perfectly paced. (I've been on some tours that are quite slow). You get to see the key sights in a few hours, and Sophie gave us lots of hints on the sights we could see later in more detail.
Note that the 4-hour tour includes a lunch break (of at least 1 hour).
