Frankie was our tour guide, and while passionate about his home town and very knowledgeable, in my opinion and that of my 3 travel companions, he talked much too much about his own opinions. For the information to have its greatest impact, I think there should be some "quiet time" for passengers to absorb the information and not be overwhelmed with conversation. Also, I was disappointed that I didn't get to visit Louisa May Alcott's home, just drove by it with only a mention of my favorite author!
So much fun! A friend who lives in the Boston area and works in downtown Boston said this was a "must", and he was absolutely correct. The Cod Father was our tour guide, and he's a hoot! Learned lots, saw lots, and had lots of fun in the process. Keep up the good work.
Our one-hour tour was just the right way to get an overview of the Market with the limited time we had available. Our tour guide, Emily (we think that was her name), was absolutely delightful and should be commended for her ability to relate to her clients and for her knowledge of the history of the market. We would certainly recommend this tour to others who plan to visit Seattle.
