This experience may be adequate for a brief overview of Copenhagen because the information is very limited. One glitch was locating the actual place to exchange the voucher for the the ticket, and the Tourist Information Office was not very helpful. Also, there are many places where signs indicating a stop for this particular Hop-on Hop-off of Company are no longer valid, and we missed a day of touring because the bus never stopped and by the time we did get to an active stop, it was too late to get back to the central departure location to take the other tour.
Future users should be advised there are two other Hop-on Hop-off Companies running out of the same areas. Their bus is the same color, and the only distinguishing feature is a small logo. This is also true of their pick-up location signs, and we found many tourists getting on the wrong bus, only to have to get off and wait for another. There is also a Step-on Step-off bus - it was very confusing for many people.
