We had never been to Phuket before, so this was great. It gave us an idea of where everything was. The gem factory was interesting, but the people there followed us everywhere.

The zoo itself was great, but the pickup and transport were terrible. We waited 30 minutes in the bus for people to join us, sat in a traffic jam, and arrived late at the zoo, where our breakfast was rushed. We only saw the orangutans for five minutes. The tour was not extended for the time we lost. This was not Viator's fault.
