Going to see this memorial is a must do when in Berlin. However our tour guide was pathetic. We travelled to the camp on Sept 4th, our guides name was Johnny, i am sorry but i know my WW2 history and this guy kept getting his dates wrong and when asked a question 90% of the time the answer was "i don't know". Plus he kept going off on tangents and asked people on the tour to remind him of things to tell us. He brought us in a different direction around the camp then all the other tours. Plus i can't understand how all the other tour guides would go inside and explain to their tours all what was on show but Johnny "Sat on his Ass" outside and sent us in on our own. His customer care was terrible, at the end of the tour he had 60 year old couples running for a train, one poor man thought he was going to have a heart-attack just because Johnny didn't feel too good and wanted to get back to Berlin! I am sorry but this guy pushes his political views on you and anyone who qestioned him seemed to be ignored, i really think he really needs re-training in WW2 history and cutomer relations! I wish my wife and i had gone there on our own and rented the listening guide instead! As i said this camp is a must to see!! Pity the tour guide was Pathetic!
