We were told to call the toll free number after collecting our baggage, but we could not get through using the public phone and had to ask the guy at the Tourist Information desk to call for us. It was easy to find the shuttle bus which was waiting outside the stated gate. Since there were already two people waiting in the bus, the driver immediately set off after the two of us got on the bus so we did not have to wait. However, the driver dropped off the other two in the "Opera" area in the city centre before going to our hotel, which is in the outskirts of the city centre. This means that we wasted over an hour driving into the city and then out of the city. the traffic was congested in the city centre even on a Sunday. It took us an hour and a half to get to our hotel when it should be only about 30 to 40 minutes. I think the bus company should group people going to different areas together instead of according to their time of arrival.
Due to the inefficiciency of this shuttle service, it is probably only good for single travellers who do not wish you fork out 50 to 70 Euros for a taxi ride. Otherewise, two people would be much better off paying 10 or 20 Euros more to get a taxi.
