Location: Phillipsburg, St Maarten (St Martin)
My Review: I would rate this tour a 4 on a 1-10 scale. The staff was kind and helpful but the tour location was difficult to find, and the tour length was shortened as the morning tour was delayed. We only had one snorkel site and a short sail along the coast. Our tour left the port at 1:20 pm and returned at 3:30 pm. The cost far exceeded the tour quality.
