Meeting the group and arrive to Girona and Figueres went flawlessly. Our guide told us useful informations about our surroundings and history of the city and Dali as well. Visiting Girona and the Dali museum is worth a day although there were scores of people.
I met my guide at the given date and place. She really wanted to make everything so that the members of the group felt themselves well and enjoyed the experience. The ranch was not far from the city-center in a natural park. The horses were already prepared and we received the safety informations and the helmets as well. The horses were well behaved and amenable, even for beginners, the guide was attentive. We had the best view of the city Barcelona and even received a taste of catalan foods.
It could be even better if it were possible to group the applicants according to their riding level. But I really liked the ride :)
We were a really small group. The guide told us the informations concerning the history of Montserrat and we talked about possible activities like listening to the choir or go to the look out with cable car. There were so many people and no possibility to see the Black Madonna.
I really liked the visit to Codorniu. It was interesting to see the method how they prepare a sparkling wine, especially after the hustle-bustle in Montserrat I enjoyed the relative quiet, the cool cellars and the tasting.
