This tour is probably best done in an open bus. With our closed bus and the fast pace of the tour, our views of most of the sites were less than optimal. Our time at the Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navonna was better and gave us some great views of the illuminated fountains.

This small group tour consisted of my wife and I along with the tour guide for the morning portion. As a result the pacing and personalization was excellent. Fabio was very knowledgeable and personable. During our lunch which was excellent we had a chance to get to know Fabio better. In the afternoon, we were joined by another couple and so the 5 of us made our way through the rest of the tour.

The tour was absolutely fantastic. Guide was knowledgeable and personable. Ready to tailor the tour to our preferences. My only regret is that I wish we had more time to explore this wonderful city.

As far as value for dollar goes, this was the best money I ever spent while on vacation. We avoided all of the long lines and were able to spend our time enjoying the artifacts. Our guide was intimately familiar with the Vatican museums and all of the artwork. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a truly special experience.
