Denver Arrival Transfer: To Downtown Hotels

My Review: I was initially asked to sit in one van, then moved to another van. Then, I was told it would be several minutes before we departed while we waited on other passengers.After a few minutes in 90 degree temperatures, I asked the driver to please turn on the air-conditioning. After dropping off the first passenger, it appeared the driver became lost and pulled over to ask the dispatcher for directions. Overall, it wasn't the best experience I've had.
