It was a rainy day, and I do not know if this made the difference. We awaited at tjhe CItyrama office, provider of the tour. Checked in 30 mts. before, at least, if I did not ask about the bus outside...I think we would have missed our tour, because no one inside even acknowledged our presence in the office. Where delivered to the Restaurant, and left ON OUR OWN...to figure out where the boats where for the river cruise, and upon our return to the site where we picked the river cruise...where left to go back home as we could...not nice. On another tour we booked, we were escorted to the Tour Eiffel, waited for us to return after dinner, escorted to the cruise boats, picked up and delivered to the Lido, and picked up and delivered to our hotel...quite a difference...read, inform yourselves, and ask questions...Anyways Paris is beautiful anyway, but if you pay for something you expect delivery.
I am still working with Viator on this tour. I did confirm prior to, had problems with wifi. When I called Cityrama they did not want to cooperate at all with my suggestion of booking on the next available date, which was the next Friday...they had availability, but said they could not use MY ORIGINAL VOUCHERS, AND THAT I HAD TO PURCHASE A NEW TOUR, WHICH I DID NOT. They made me missed a precious trip just because they did not feel like cooperating with Me and Viator...Buyers be aware, very aware...
