Buenos Aires, Argentina
The Tigre Delta River Cruise is very worthwhile. Stunning views and a halfday well spent.
The Tango Show was very professional in a lovely setting, the food ans service were excellent.
The City Sightseeing was difficult due to protests [which we were told happened daily] and dreadful traffic congestion. The bus was not able to leave us back to our hotel and we had to leave the bus and walk back to our hotel. 15/20 minutes which wasn't an inconvenience. Our guide was really very good she was with us for both the Tigre Delta and City Tour. For the City Tour there were two guides on the bus. The second guide was with the non English speaking passengers, our guide was for the four English speaking passengers. This was not ideal. The second guide was extremely rude to the four English speaking passengers, when it became apparent that the traffic congestion was holding up the return of the bus and she felt that we should get off and take a taxi! Not much point when the traffic was at a virtual standstill. We wanted to be dropped off where we would be within reasonable walking distance of our hotels, which is eventually what happened. It was unfortunate that the guide who was not directly involved with our partywas so arrogant and rude towards us .
