My Review: An excellent way to begin to understand the layout of this city. I was on a short stop over and this tour gave me a great introduction. I spent my second day following up certain aspects of the tour in more detail. A helpful guide and good communication on reconfirmation- all round super trip.

Niagara Falls Freedom Day Trip from Toronto

My Review: The tour included a hotel pick up. This was efficient and on time. The driver was super, very helpful and keen to ensure a worthwhile experience for all. The tour was well timed and allowed plenty of opportunities for doing the sights. The falls and the Maid of the Mist ride included were stunning. A great day with a great driver and a most reputable company, many thanks for enabling me to do the falls in a short period of time!

Washington DC Departure Transfer: to Dulles Airport

My Review: The hotel concierge booked the return journey for me. It is very important to do this and to get a confirmation number. The shuttle arrived on time and the driver was friendly and helpful. We made several other pick-ups before actually departing DC for the airport but on the whole I was very pleased with the service.

My Review: Even though I had taken part in a day tour it was well worth seeing the city by night. The tour guide was EXTREMELY informative and full of enthusiasm. She got off the bus at each stop and gave a wonderful talk about each of the venues. A well timed and much enjoyed tour. Highly praised and much recommended!!!

My Review: A well planned day that enabled me to see all the sights. I would recommend this visit without reservation. On reflection I was amazed by what I managed to pack into one day - Mount Vernon, Arlington and all the major DC venues. A great experience.

Washington DC Arrival Transfer: from Dulles Airport

My Review: The transfer worked OK, however the information given by Viator is incorrect. You have to take your voucher to the desk and then have it converted to an official ticket. Thereafter you are given a number and you are asked to sit in the waiting area until your number is called. It appears that they try to group people together and as such the time you wait depends on who else has registered at the desk and where they want to go. Not knowing this procedure caused me to have to navigate my bag trolley through the numerous security concrete blocks to the departure area only to find that I had to drag them bag to the desk. Nevertheless after a 15 minute wait my number was called and I entered the van. The driver wasn't particularly friendly and drove with one hand whilst taking part in a variety of other tasks such as speaking on his cell phone and programming his SAT nav. This was OK but I have had better shuttle experiences elswhere.

My Review: A long day but well worth it. The coach was the best I have ever seen, what luxury! The driver and on-board hostess were very helpful and the on going meals and snacks were most agreeable. The venues were very interesting. If you on a limited stay in New Zealand this trip should be at the top of your list. Many thanks to all concerned!

My Review: A great way to see Auckland in a day. The driver was super, very friendly and helpful. The afternoon tea on a yacht was a real surprise and was superb! Overall verdict, a must do, highly recommended!!!

Kuranda Scenic Railway Day Trip from Port Douglas

My Review: A good day with lots of things to see and do. Efficient pickup and drop-off. Friendly helpful driver and guide. Very well organised. The train and Skyrail were stunning journeys. Tjapukai was well structured, with plenty of things to do and see. Perhaps a little too long in Kuranda. It's a fairly interesting place, but you can 'do' it in 1.5 hours. I would recommend doing this tour; it was run by a very reputable company, and I felt that it was a quality event.

My Review: A useful and enjoyable morning tour. Even though I had completed the Panoramic Tour a couple of days earlier, I had a spare morning before a late flight. I am glad that I took up this option as it allowed me to revisit some already seen sites as well as some new locations. A very efficient pickup from my hotel was included. The company are very reliable. Highly recommended.

My Review: A well-organised event. Efficient hotel pickup, helpful & informative guide, and a well-planned itinerary that included a wide variety of experiences in one day, culminating in a fascinating ride on a bullet train. After the bullet train ride, the tour guide was most helpful and ensured that all guests got on the correct subway train to their hotel. Mount Fuji is often covered in cloud, and we only saw it briefly; don't expect to see an image like the one in the picture. A highly recommended tour - a quality product!
