Danny was "the man" a few on the tour for this and Danny spent his time with everyone. He totally knew his facts and info and was extremely good at asking any questions, not too physical a tour, a very good mix of old and new stuff. Would recommend this to anyone well worth it. 5*

Pricey...maybe...but having a lovely Mercedes all to yourself and not some crowded mini bus delaying your arrival at your hotel by an hour is so so worth it. Would certainly use this again.

DISGRACEFUL...so appalled by what we saw we walked off the tour before we even got started. Got picked up in some battered up old open top Jeep thing, then taken to the rendezvous point where we were told we would be getting Elephant trekking, Elephant show and a Monkey show, we explained that this wasn't our tour but were told it was for free. The holding area had a baby elephant tied up in a pen no bigger than my living room just pacing left to right (horrible to see) you could see the "show" area for the elephants with goal posts so we refused to watch. The Monkey show followed so we gave that a try, absolutely abominable,  the animal handlers / presenter were all smoking right next to these animals and in front of everyone  this part is listed by viator as as "see the elephants and monkeys demonstrate their daily work", when did Elephants play football or hoopla, or even worse when did Monkeys in the jungle play Basketball, crawl like a soldier or ride a tricycle. We left the so called show (Circus)  half way through with my wife in tears, no idea where we were but were so outraged we told the staff and went. Viator should be ashamed at being associated with such a disgraceful place.

Peter was our guide and Mr Pom Pom our driver., only 4 of us on the tour. Peter was very good at his job and well spoken. The floating market was interesting and the War Memorial was beautiful, would have liked more time at the memorial however. As for the bridge however NOT worth it, there is nothing to show you what it is it's simply a bridge with some horrible tacky train going over it. The rest of the area is a tourist trap / market,. In a word TACKY. No respect what so ever to the lives lost you could have simply been anywhere in Thailand with a black bridge over a river. The trip also seemed to be more about the "side trips" we called Peter the walking ATM as he just kept getting money. We refused a couple of side trips in the end. A long journey to be very disappointed unfortunately.

Only 2 of us on the tour but absolutely fantastic guide. Really worth while doing and only a stones throw from the harbor. Totally recommended even if you've been to Sydney before.

Totally and utterly brilliant! . Huge thanks to all the Guys and Gals in the Tommy Crew. You all work so hard and put on such a funny,wonderful show. My jaw was aching with laughter!. Take your family/work mates anybody, I dare you not to have the time of your life. The food was really nice and plentiful. Amen and hallelujah!!

Oh dear, where to start?. It's 4, yes 4, hours of my life that i will never get back. If you like dirt ingrained, springs coming out of the seats tour buses, then this is the one for you . The first half of the tour is North side which is quite good, and then there is the South side bit. The driver never paused for breath once. I don't need to see every bit of the Uni campus, I don't intend to go there to study. I also didn't need the President's barber shop, his favourite take away shops , the place where he first kissed the wife,his first apartment block. I especially didn't really need to go past the street where he lives when in Chicago 4 times! . I  like the guy but it was so overkilled. I think that the tour forgets that non Americans may find this all well, a bit dull. Chicago is a beautiful city and there are plenty of ways to explore. Save your sanity and money. It's a good job that we have never been let down by Viator before, because if this was a first time trip, we would not be returning customers......

I recommend doing the tour on your first full day as it will give you some insight into just how much there is to see and do. If your time is limited, at least you get to see a little bit of everything. The harbor cruise is just as good.

The man was on time and actually sorted out all of our trips organized with Viator in 1 go. We got a full commentary all the way to the hotel - excellent.
