Zowel de cruise als de citytour, die lpende werd gemaakt langs een viertal kroegen met speciale cocktails, was zeer de moeite waard. Het gaf een goed beeld hoe het uitgaansdistrict in NO in elkaar zit... De gids van de tour wist goed waar hij het over had....

Deze dagtour heeft feitelijk twee stukken die geheel anders zijn. De ochtend werd genomen voor verkenningvan de oude stad en een rondvaart door het Alamo-district en de middag werd gespendeerd aan de wat verder gelegen omgeving met wat, voor mij minder interessante bezoeken aan oude forten etc. Was blij terug te zijn in het hotel...het was erg warm...38..C.en dan is een rondwandeling in een oud fort niet helemaal het geeikte tijdverdrijf... Overigens gaf deze tour weer een heel goed beeld van de geschiedenis van San Antonio..inclusief een bezoek aan The Alamo..
