The guide to the Alhambra named Enrique was superb, the Alhambra itself is wonderful but he was a scholar with great people skills and an excellent sense of humor. One of the top tours of our entire stay in Spain.
Tour office in Madrid rude and not helpful each time we visited. If possible send a suggestion to them to hire new managers/ employees. We were not the only customers who had this experience. A extreme contrast to the people in Barcelons.
The tour guide was good. However, there should be a rating system on viator for level of physical demand: Toledo was very hilly and several older people; those with canes (a few); and others with physical limitations had a hard time keeping up.
In addition the subcontractor, restaurant food was horrible. Our table of approximately 8 people either didn't eat or politely covered with a napkin. And I am not a picky eater.
