For the trip itself I would give 5/5 but this being our second trip and the same thing happening again - we got a seat outside upstairs but everybody crams round the sides therefore making it impossible to actually see anything which spoils it for everyone.

Excellent Show which we go to every time we visit New York and never tire of it. We got second row seats at the front and thought it may be too close - we are never happy!!! but we had a brilliant view in excellent seats.

This was an excellent day trip. Perhaps could have had more time at Monterey and Carmel but realise that would not have been possible as we did not get back to San Francisco until approx 9.30pm. Our Tour Guide was excellent and very, very knowledgable. Beautiful scenery.
