We had an absolute blast at Disneyland! I feel it was a stroke of genius that we booked the tour/tickets together meaning that we didn't have to worry about locating transportation to the park, parking, etc. The name of the agency that we needed to reach to get on the bus to the park has changed, which made for a little trickery when we were trying to locate it via GPS and using the metro/RER train system to get there, we did arrive on time. Also, because the return trip to Paris required us to leave the park before 7pm this meant we couldn't see the Disney Dreams parade at 9pm which is a major part of the magic of Disneyland. Finally, Walt Disney Studios closed at 6pm and we did NOT know this and had planned to go to this park last as it is nearest the entrance and we could continue back to the bus immediately after. So, if you are planning to visit both parks, you might consider going there first or at least earlier in your day. We ended up spending only about 40 minutes there and didn't get to see/do much.
We had the brilliant idea to spend our first two days learning our way about Paris and the locations of all of the sites that we wanted to further explore on other days. This saved on taxi fares and the possibility of getting lost if we rented a car and allowed us to just sit back and enjoy the sites!
