An enjoyable and interesting day visiting the champagne cellars of GH Mumm and Moet and Chandon as well as free time for a meal and to wander in Reims after visiting the impressive Cathedral. Whilst the production process is the same, the presentations at both 'houses' was entertaining and informative and gave an appreciation of the time, work and skill that goes into the making of champagne. The tour departure from Epernay passes through the vineyards and some back roads so you get to see some of the countryside away from the motorway. An enjoyable tour and recommend as part of a Paris stay
A long day by virtue of location, but well worth the early start .Bruges lives up to the UNESCO Heritage listing and is a very interesting city in which to spend a day out of Paris. The 4 hour 'commute' to/from is well broken by comfort stops and the tour guides provided interesting information along the route. The 5 hours in Bruges provides a good 'snapshot' of the city, but I suspect most visitors would prefer longer time to explore. An enjoyable, informative and interesting day as part of a Paris stay - recommended
