Las Vegas, Nevada
I bought a two-day pass, which was one day too long. I spent lots of time waiting for the busses and repeating the routes. All of the guides were informative, but some were not nearly as cute and funny as they think they are. One of the busses was in serious need of a brake job,and the high-pitched squeals got on everyone's nerves, including passengers, driver, guide, and pedestrians. Even though you will have your Viator receipt, you still must get an official receipt from one of the sales people on the sidewalk get on/get off sites.

First-the return trip to the airport was timely and efficient. The issue was when I left the airport for the hotel. The driver was new, and could not find where to let any of the passengers off. We all had our phones out trying to help her find the hotels, the hotels would not let her drop us off where she first went, taxi drivers were having to move their vehicles to keep from getting hit in the parking lanes. she igored traffic cones and closed lanes, one passenger had to get her neck brace out of her bag due to the inept and jerky driving, two passengers got off the shuttle and tried for a taxi after about two hours on the shuttle and I was on the shuttle for two hours and forty-five minutes to get from the airport to the Fremont Hotel. (Note: the shuttle was not full!) Even then, the driver was unable to find where to let me off at my hotel; she called the dispatcher for directions and was still unable to find it. I finally insisted that she let me out at another hotel when I could at least see my hotel. Totally unacceptable! I do not know if I will be brave enough to ever try that again. When I called to arrange my pickup and told the person on the phone about my experience, I didn't even get an apology from the shuttle company. Very poor customer service on their part.
