Pickups were well organised and always on time. Buses were comfortable and drivers and guides informative and friendly. We got a lovely room at the Imperial Hotel - it was clean and comfortable. Grand Canyon was beautiful. We got good value for money so it was 3 days well spent.

Once we got on the road it was fine. We did have to wait about 30 minutes and after flying from Australia and then almost waiting in a queue for 2 hours to get through customs, that 30 minutes felt like forever. Driver was polite and our journey was pleasant and peaceful.
