Excellent - friendly and courteous people at desk at airport and the driver gave us a brief intro to Dubrovnik! Wow !

Superb intro to this charming old town. The guide was from the city herself and was present during its siege. She gave us the full two hours and answered any of our questions. She was animated, convivial and well read. Only six in our group and she proved as charming a guide as we could have wished for!

Excellent day trip with a good meal on board ship.
It's a long way from Hanoi but well worth it and stops half way there and back made the journey easier. The five other people on our journey made for a good trip and guide was most helpful and informative. The only downside were the toilets on board ship could have been a lot cleaner!

A reasonably good trip which takes you out of modern day Shanghai to the countryside and ancient towns. Meal was fair but we had had better on excursions with Viator.

Excellent guide Thomas and truly memorable day. We went early and had this part of the wall to ourselves - glorious! We did the most strenuous climb; often up a 45 degree angle of steep steps. I felt so grateful we took it easy and weather was good with no wet steps. Views were tremendous- worth every aching muscle the next day!

This should have been a memorable day - guide was amusing and lunch was good - however THREE factory visits was TOO MUCH. I paid for the sights and NOT a visit to a factory. Time wasted at the factories detracted considerably from time we should have spent at these glorious sights. We were positively rushed through Summer Palace - such a shame! Be warned.

The guide was excellent ( hence the 3 stars )and pick up good.
Sadly we were NOT informed beforehand that Grand Bazaar was closed on Sundays and which was on our original itinerary .We ended up paying for ourselves to enter Harem in Topkapi ( very interesting )as we had more time there.
The meal at the Topkapi restaurant was very poor - typical tourist fodder and not half as appetising as they were giving to other paid customers of the restaurant. We were put in a separate area for groups.
Overall rather disappointing ( except for the guide) and NOT up to the usual high standards of Viator.
