It is a great way to get a feel for the city and find out where you want to go to the next day. We did a 48 hour pass and it worked out very well.

There were 36 people there and only 2 chefs and one chef left in the middle of class. The last person was running around to all the cooking areas trying to keep us on track. Try another cooking school.
