The tour itself was pretty good. We had some unfortunate weather and could not see the view from Sugar Loaf Mountain and almost weren't able to see the Christ Redeemer. The restaurant that we went to for lunch was terrible.

We were picked up again with our own personal Egyptologist and driver in our own air-conditioned van to travel through Cairo visiting the Museum, Alabaster Mosque and Khan el-Khalili. The Museum is excellent, however you are not allowed to take photo's inside. The Alabaster Mosque tour provided some political history as well as religious history of Egypt. Khan El-Khalili is the market - interesting to see, but the sales people are very pushy. Would recommend this to everyone.

Pyramids Sound and Light Show with Private Transport

Earlier in the day we took the Private Tour Giza Pyramids, Sphinx, Memphis, Sakkara tour and came back at night for the light show with the same driver and host. The light show is something you definitely should see! The light show also provides some history you may have missed about Egypt and the pyramids.

We were picked up at our hotel with our own personal Egyptologist and driver in our own air-conditioned van to travel to see the pyramids. We visited several ancient Egyptian sights, saw the first pyramid, and the famous Giza Pyramids and Sphinx. Excellent tour!!

The drive up to Alexandria was a long one, however, they picked us up at our hotel in our own private van, with a personal Egyptologist and a driver. Our tour of Alexandria was very good and informative. I would recommend this for anyone in the Cairo area to discover more of Egypt.

Nile River Dinner Cruise in Cairo

We were picked up from our hotel and dropped off for our Nile River Cruise. The food was very good, and the entertainment even better. Our driver and host were very helpful, as this night was our first night in Cairo, providing us with details on how to get around and the differences in culture. A very good time!
