My Review: Enjoyed the tour. Guide/driver was friendly and knowledgeable. However when I tried to confirm the booking beforehand, the tour firm said they hadn't had any notification from Viator. We were able to go another day though.

Alcatraz Tour plus Muir Woods, Giant Redwoods and Sausalito Day Trip

My Review: The tour operator told us to meet over an hour earlier than when they actually arrived. Then, because of Fleet Week, there was insufficient time to see Alcatraz and still catch the coach to Muir Woods. We therefore missed the second half of the trip and paid far more than we needed to. We were less than impressed!
