Palace Tour, Dinner and Concert excellent. let down (badly) by VERY POOR directions for ticket collection, not helped by VERY POOR signage (non-existent!) at the Palace. Took us best part of an hour, and several repeated trips in alternative directions to find the ticket office for collection of our ticket pack.

Mostly well organised, one loop the bus was over 45mins late, no reason given, even when asked for, so would suggest NOT to rely on the last bus of the day.
