The tour was set up extremely well with transportation picking us up at an agreed upon location. Driver had a card with our name on it. Guide at Pompeii was very good and seemed to enjoy his work.

Tour was set up well and agreed upon meeting place easy to find.
Our guide was very intereresting and did a great job. We visited two Castles and both had very good wines for us to taste.

Tour was set up well with pick up taking place at our hotel.
The tour guide spoke with a heavy accent and very quickly. Hard to understand. She did better in the Palace but overall not that effective.
