Paris Chocolate and Pastry Food Tour

My Review: Our guide was so sweet and truly loved her city. Not only did she do a great job of showing us around the patisseries & chocolatiers, but she took us on a side tour of Jardin du Luxembourg, which was lovely. It wasn't just a tour of chocolate and pastry, but a telling of the history & culture of Paris via their foods. Definitely a must-do.

My Review: I love these city passes. They're a great way to see everything you want to, see a few things you might not if you hadn't already paid a flat fee up front to see them, and save a little money in the process. They also allow a lot of flexibility in your travel schedule.

Phillip Island: Penguins, Koalas and Kangaroos Day Tour from Melbourne

My Review: Those little penguins are so bloomin' adorable, you'll have to resist the urge to sneak a couple in your pocket! Definitely do the upgrade to the platform. It was so worth it, as probably around 85 of the penguins that came ashore walked within 3-4 feet of us. Oh, and you can hand-feed and pet the kangaroos at the Warook Farm, which was definitely a highlight of our whole trip.

Great Ocean Road Small Group Eco Tour from Melbourne

My Review: The Ocean Road is an absolute must-see but we had a guide who didn't know how to handle simple customer issues, and who rushed us throughout the entire day because HE started out an hour late. There are hundreds of Ocean Road tours, and I'd take my chances with any of the others.

Blue Mountains Deluxe Small Group Eco Tour from Sydney

My Review: I can't say enough great things about this tour. The animals were so sweet and friendly at the Featherdale Wildlife Park, where you can pet a koala and the kangaroos. The Blue Mountains were great, and our guide was fantastic. Plus, they're really knowledgeable as to how to beat the crowds in all of the tour stops. Definitely spend the extra bucks and go with this tour. You will not regret it!

Sydney Sightseeing Pass: See Sydney Card and Attraction Pass

My Review: My boyfriend and I kept raving to anyone who would listen about how great this card is. Not only did we save a ton of money with it, but we also ended up doing and seeing a lot more than we would have without it. It's great for the independent traveler!
