Wonderful and fun time. We had good weather with a few showers but that is Ketchikan. The Captain and his crew were great and took good care of us with food drink. We saw many eagles.

A picture perfect day spent touring the waters of Ketchikan with a fun and knowledgeable team of guides. The salmon dip lives up to its rep and the yummy snacks hit the spot during our boat ride. This was a great trip and worth the money, The ride from the cruise port takes you through Ketchikan and out to the working part of the island. We saw eagles as soon as stepped on board as they were hanging out right in logger town. More eagles along the bay, a nice view of the totems at the Saxman village, great view of the little lighthouse and a bonus- some up close sightings of seals and sea lions catching their breakfast in the kelp beds. This is a fantastic tour when you have a limited time in port- five stars all the way! NOTE- the gangway is long and very steep. I would not recommend it for people with wheelchairs or walkers.
