Jet Boat Rides
Put a different spin on cruising and experience the wet and wild excitement of a jet-boat ride on the water. Open to the elements and hugely exhilarating, jet-boating cranks up the adrenaline to 11 for turbo-charged thrills on rivers and waterways.

Jet-boating is a highlight of some of the world’s most famous waterways. Ride the white waters of the Niagara Whirlpool, get ready for spins and slides on the Gold Coast Broadwater, or go jet-boating in the adrenaline capital of the world with white-water gorge racing in New Zealand’s South Island.

The otherwise tranquil waters of Sydney Harbour are another jet-boating favorite, with breathtaking power-brake stops, wild fishtail maneuvers and 270-degree spins putting a different twist on sightseeing in the harbor city.

Catch your breath to listen to onboard commentary, and stop on longer rides to see the sights from the water.

Prepare to get wet, even though splash gear and life jackets are provided, and check conditions regarding participants’ age, height and medical status.

Doing what: Sydney Harbour Jet Boat Thrill Ride: 30 Minutes

Walking up to the harbour I felt nervous and freaked out with what I was just about to do. After colleagues convincing me I was not going to fall out of the boat I place my wet suit on and sat in the middle back section thinking I will get the least amount of water on me and not get thrown into the ocean! Once we were off and the stunts started I enjoyed myself. Apart from the cold water drenching me like a bucket of water thrown at my face, it was an amazing experience. My heart was racing, my eyeliner was all over my face but it made my afternoon and we couldn’t stop laughing. Train trip home was wet but I got home and told everyone about it. An experience that everyone should do and I highly recommend it.
