Doing what: Melbourne New Year's Eve Party Cruise
It was a great experience, real party atmosphere. There was plenty of great food, though I think next time I would go for the gold as the alcohol selection wasn't great.
Seeing the fireworks was fantastic, full 360 degree view. The DJ was really good too, great dance music.

Doing what: New Year's Eve Cruise in New York City
Arrived early and were boarded promptly, having extra time cruising. There were lots of people on board, line up for the bar was lenghty. We wondered why there were a couple of under 18s on board, when it was advertised as an over 18 cruise. The weather was good and the fireworks excellent.

Doing what: Sightseeing, Snorkeling and Dancing Catamaran Cruise from Cancun
The actual cruise, food, drinks, service, and excursions were FANTASTIC! Only complaint is that the departure time of 10:30am that the vouture listed did not match the time the local contact gave us. We ended up arriving at 8:30am (didn't start boarding til 9:30am).

Doing what: Paris New Year's Eve Illuminations and Dinner Tour
The illuminations tour was nice and the lights were beautiful at night. Our food at the restaurant was ok. The restaurant upkeep was not overly impressive and I was cautious of the hole in the wall with the electrical wires/box/outlet hanging out below our table next to our legs.

Doing what: Sightseeing, Snorkeling and Dancing Catamaran Cruise from Cancun
This tour featured snorkelling, a Mayan temple site and Isla Mujeres. Unfortunately the snorkelling was a "washout" do to fairly high swell and rain. The Mayan ruin was well worth a visit and there was excellent commentry by one of the crew/entertainment leaders. Isla Mujeres was nice to walk around. There were plently of street stalls for shopping, an interesting statue of a Mayan goodess being "impregnated" by the wind (!) and the local church of the Emmaculate Conception to visit ( I haven't figured out yet whether one or both of these are related to the name of the "Island of Women"). The trip included all drinks (including alcoholic drinks) on board, an adequate lunch taken on the boat and a disco on the return trip which was great fun but might be a bit loud for some people.

Doing what: New Year's Eve Dinner Cruise in New York
Myself and my family had a wonderful time, well organised, brilliant waitress at our table. Criuse the Hudson highly recommended.
Downside 5 course dinner could have been better, we had steak but was not cooked to our order, and being from the UK lack of quantity.

Excellent choice especially getting away from Times Square area on Hogmanay! The only comments that I would make would be about the food - could have announced when ready! Music- speakers on outside deck would have been good. Overall excelllant night and a great way to bring the New Year in!

Doing what: Melbourne New Year's Eve Party Cruise
This cruise is definitely worth doing particularly for New Year's Eve. Great views as we cruised along the Yarra and prime position to see the fireworks which was spectacular! My only complaint is that it could have been better organised from the starting point. Cheers, Luisa

It was nice to watch the fireworks near the Statue of Liberty but that was it. It was over crowded the seats were folded out chairs that people placed anywhere. The description said an open bar but drinks were restricted. The hors d'oevres were raw vegetables.

Just an overpriced noisy drunken evening on a boat that went round in circles and had next to no deck to view from. Never again!

When we looked the night before the gold package was on sale for cheaper then we paid for the silver package... wasn't impressed with that at all when we booked months in advance!! The roof was low, and the outside was packed could of had more space out there, we drank, danced and had a good time.

You needed more bar staff as it took 30 minutes to get a drink all night. I was surprised to see children on a trip which had an 18 age limit on it. The music was terrible and all the same apart from about 20 minutes of oldies which actually had people dancing. We could have been nearer the firework
