Overall I found this tour very good. There were a total of 8 of us on the tour and we went on a "mini-bus" that held 16 so it was comfortable. Peter was a great tour guide and took the time to get to know each of us and answer many questions.
The chair lift provided a great view and the river cruise was nice (lasted about 80-90 minutes).
Due to so many reviews complaining about the cost of water and wine over lunch and the high pressure wine tasting I was expecting it to be bad. In reality I didn't think it was bad at all. The wine tasting did take about 30 minutes, but there was no great pressure (even though none of the 8 of us bought any bottles).
I would highly recommend this tour.

This is a great way to see both places and get to see a working winery and they are all worth seeing. Loved the quaintness of Siena ( would have liked a little more time to shop) and the the wine tasting was on a working winery and loved the feel of being right there seeing the process of how it all comes together. The Leaning Tower of Pisa is just amazing. Pictures don't do it justice! The bus ride was very comfortable too! The day just flew by.

I booked this cruise for my anniversary, and it was a really lovely experience. I was a little disappointed by the lack of actual candles :P but the dim lighting, delicious cheese and free wine refills made up for it. The tour guide was lovely and really added to the experience with lots of interesting facts about the city, though very sad to hear it was her last night as the company decided to not use a tour guide anymore! Overall a really good night.

Two friends and I used the Florence hop on/hop off for 2 days. We were very pleased with the service. The agents were very nice to deal with and very informative. There were many stops (unlike Rome where the same kind of tour hardly stops) along the routes. As a bonus, we could also use the public transit with our passes. I definitely recommend the Florence hop on/hop off but skip the Rome one.

Loved this tour! Our guide was friendly, funny and a delight to spend a day with. The sites were beautiful and the ride was just challenging enough.

It was amazing! The food was delicious, staff was super helpful and friendly, and they sights were amazing in the evening. We didn't want the night to end!

A very well organized tour. Florence is an amazing place and we got to see some amazing sites on this tour. Wouldn't do Florence without this!!

Loved this tour! Venice is stunning in itself but this tour took you into all the special back streets to discover more amazing sites. The tour guide was great and knew everything!
