Absolutely loved this trip - worth every penny. Would do it again tomorrow if I could.

Our guide (Chen Ai) was fantastic and really made it a trip to remember.

On the way to the elephant orphanage we stopped at a park called Deerland, where we coud feed deer and get in the enclosure with them. We also fed lots of other animals like quails, rabbits etc - and held a massive python.

The elephant orphanage itself was fantastic. There was plenty of time/opportunity to feed and interact with the elephants, in addition to an elephant ride. Bathing the elephants was also a chance to get into the river with them - which was great fun.

Loved it! A must for animal lovers.

Excellent, professional and friendly driver. Even lined up on our behalf at the elephant sanctuary while we participated in other activities. Bathing with the elephant was a wonderful experience. No problems whatsoever. Definitely recommend!

We had a great guide who gave us plenty of information and was extremely helpful.
The tour is highly recommended, but note that the actual elephant ride is only a small lap of the area. So, don't expect a ride longer than a couple minutes.

Would thoroughly recommend this trip, myself ( and my Mum especially) had a fantastic day. Our guide Ai was amazing!! He was very informative, good fun and we seemed to have about 10 times as much food to feed the elephants as everyone else. We were also treated very well, with drinks and snacks provided when we needed them. The elephants themselves are fantastic and you do get the feeling that they are not being overworked/stressed, as is sometimes the case on trips like this. We could not praise Ai highly enough, if you get him as your guide, you're in for a good day!

A memorable experiance, it was a shame that there was significant rainfall the day before and the river was running too high abnd fast to allow entry into the water to swim with the elephants. Our driver was very helpful, friendly and informative, well worth the effort to go.

The best experience in our Thailand's trip.
It was not only the unique ride on an elephants and ruffling but also professionalism, punctuality and hospitality of our guide Bua.
On the way back we were offered to stop in the tiger farm where you can get into the cage with tigers, pet them and make pictures to show your friends.

Doing what: Elephant Ride and Jungle Trek Half-Day Tour from Pattaya

We had an amazing day, very well organised would highly recommend this tour.

It was amazing ! Our tour guide was just a pleasure to be with and so full of knowledge. It took us about and hour and a half to get there, but he showed us many sights along the way with well informed commentary. We stopped at Deerland and had a great time feeding the deer. They were so gorgeous. As were the other animals there, well maybe for me not so much the snakes, but my daughter didn't mind stroking them. I took photos, from a distance. When we got to the Elephant Sanctuary, we were shown a very informative video on how these people actually move these elephants out of the jungle. We then walked through lovely landscaped gardens to the restaurant where our guide provided lunch for us before we strolled down to see the baby elephants. They do a wonderful job with these baby elephants. One little one had no tail because a tiger had bitten it off ! Another one had no foot because it developed gangrene out in the jungle. The sad part was that because of these injuries the herd leaves them behind to fend for themselves. They then brought in quite a few very very large elephants. They were gorgeous and you could literally stand eye to eye with them. Well maybe eye to knee with them, they were so big. All in all, it was such a great day and these people should be commended for the work they do. You can just tell how much they love these animals. I would honestly recommend this tour to people of all ages. I also would recommend Viator, as I have had transfers overseas with them plus day trips in Rome and Paris a couple of years ago.

really good got to have pics with deers an a sun bear on our trip to the elephant sanctuary the elephants were great got to feed them, ride them, and take pictures

Tour guide was helpful and knowledgeable. You only ride the elephants in a small circle (less than 5 min), but you do get to feed them as well.

We sat on an elephants back for a short ride and found the experience pretty awesome. We didnt get the chance to bathe the elephants which would have been wonderful and found it hard to understand our narrator. Overall a good experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour, the guide - Chi-Ai was very knowledgable and did extra things for us like buy bananas for the elephants and lots of different local fruits to try. The only disappointment was that we paid to wash the elephants and that didn't happen due to the water in the river being too high (that's why 4 instead of 5 stars) as that was the main highlight. Overall all, an excellent day, thank you

Tour guide Mr Sofa gets 5 stars. It was an excellent day, lots of information. Didn't get to bathe the elephants so hence the 4/5 stars. Children have great memories and I would recommend this tour to others. I would suggest that you bring water and for younger children car activities it is a bit of a drive, but well worth it if Mr Sofa is the guide.

What can I say... I like elephants and you can get up close and personal with some very cute babies. Good photo opportunity for both feeding and elephant rides.

Doing what: One-Hour Elephant Jungle Trek from Phuket

Once again the van driver and tour guide through The local tour company you used was great. He made the day for us. One hour ride fit perfectly into our travels as the jungle was hot!
