Excellent value for money.
Highlight was Hahndorf Tour would've loved a bit more time there.
Guides were patient and engaging.
Both our tours were relaxing informative and very professional
In particular we appreciated Martys level of knowledge if the area and in particular wine making and history
Congratulations !!!! a great tour
We did two tours, one the Adelaide sightseeing tour and the other to the Barossa Valley and Hahndorf. The pick-ups from the hotel went smoothly and the drivers both talked about the areas we travelled through. Thanks
Maggi and Phil
Great tour, great to see the city you are staying in, the bus driver was great, full of knowledge and she was fun to listen to and could answer any questions you had.
The trip to the Barossa Valley was great, a pity the weather didn't cooperate , rained all day, but a great tour.
Both these tours were excellent and we really enjoyed them, they are a MUST when in Adelaide. The bus drivers were very knowledgeable, it was THE best thing I did. Booking it was fast and easy and helped us to have a fantastic weekend - thank you to all concerned :)
Very informative tour, well organized, transport is very clean and comfortable, tour guides were very knowledgeable and pleasant,
fantastic great tour friendly people highly recommend to anyone
Beautiful day. A very pleasant tour of the Barossa. A couple of good winery stops. Unfortunately only a short time to experience Hahndorf.
Good orientation of the city and some history. Would have liked a winery tour of how it worked but the tastings were fun
Good value for money. Enjoyed listening to history of Adelaide. Barossa Valley was great. Enjoyed visiting Hahndorf, what a great little town.
Great to learn some history of Adelaide City and the surrounding suburbs!
We enjoyed both of these tours. On the City sightseeing day the Haighs Chocolate Factory was unexpectedly closed so that was disappointing however for the rest of the time everything else went smoothly. I am glad we added the river cruise when booking... The time on the boat went quickly however it was probably the most enjoyable part of the first day for me. This was a good introduction to Adelaide.
The second day we went to the Barossa and Hahndorf. It was a faultless day. The Barossa is beautiful and Hanhdorf is charming. The vineyard visits were enjoyable, lunch was very good and it was a really balanced mix of places. The drivers who did the pickups and the tours on both days were knowledgeable and professional and the time at the different stops were just right. Impressive.
Very enjoyable and informative 2 day tour. Both driver/guides were entertaining and provided much more information than you would obtain by going to these places on a private trip.
Very interesting. Good company. Travel guides friendly and helpful. Food great.
Adelaide is probably not the most exciting city on the planet, so the optional river cruise was probably the highlight.
The Barossa tour was pleasant, if a little long and Hahndorf was quite nice.
The driver was excellent, very well informed, and endlessly courteous, doing his best with the material
The Barossa Valley and Handorf tour was amazing. I loved it. Phil was the guide of that tour, he did a great job on this small group tour. I would recommend it to anyone. On this tour you go to a couple wineries and each winery does something to make every experience unique. The sightseeing tour, well that is a different story. The tour does not really show you anything that you could not see on the free tram throughout the city. Save your money! For sure go on Barossa Valley and Handorf tour, just don't book sightseeing tour.
The City Sightseeing Tour is only average. It's dominated by the visit to the chocolate factory, where the factory 'tour' involved being shown a cocoa bean and having a glimpse at the factory through a perspex window. Took about 5 mins. The 'chocolate tasting' involved being given a couple of chocolate buttons and a 10% discount voucher. The 'coffee' which was meant to go with the 'tasting' was a coffee machine in the corner of the shop which the driver mentioned but we were never shown. Just a means of getting people to buy their chocolates it seemed to me. The driver left laden with his own huge bag of chocolates which I found a bit suspicious. Overall not up to par.
