An interesting trip, with the highlight being the Remarkable Rocks and the seals. The only disappointment is that you do not see any other animals, kangaroos, koalas, etc. on this trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed this day out. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer or stayed overnight on the island. It is a very early morning, and it's quite a long journey to the ferry, and not that much available for breakfast on the ferry, so make sure you eat before you go or take snacks. Our only complaint is we spent too long at the seal beach.

A very long day but worth it. If you have lots of time consider taking two days otherwise book yourself a day off afterwards. Good lunch provided and good commentary from the coach driver. Be aware the crossing can be choppy or worse.

This tour is worth doing, but I was a little disappointed that we didn't see more wildlife! It makes for a rather long day.

Really it was a great experience doing it. We did enjoy it!! We did not have enough time for a 2 days tour but one day was also worth doing it.

Kangaroo Island definitely is a must see. The tour offers an interesting trip to great places all over the island, including a nice BBQ for lunch. However, be aware that you will spend most of the day on the coach and you will lose significant time picking up dropping travellers all over the place.

Good trip but very long day. If we were to go again I would use the fly-fly option.

Very very long day...
Good tour but its on a big bus with 50 people. KI is so gorgeous - if you can go over and stay over night - way better. The tour was good - but the really amazing bits of scenery and nature were rushed to stay on time and have afternoon tea at the cafe and shop...

Due to the fact that the tour was with about 50 other persons and organized like a Greyline tour with very limited time at each destination, we rate this tour as only fair.

It was a very enjoyable day, but definitely too long. You are travelling a couple of hours by bus then another 45 mins by ferry to then drive around the island all day on the bus. Then you have the return trip. I felt the trip was mostly travelling to and from the location, so I would imagine the two day tour would be better. The drivers are by far very entertaining and knowledgeable. Overall a nice trip but very tiring.

Did this tour several years ago and it was wonderful. It is advertised as the place for wildlife. There was a bad fire several years ago and perhaps this has affected things. Saw some sea lions but no other wildlife except a couple of kangaroos and a single koala in a sanctuary. Raptor bird show showed 4 birds. The arch and rocks are ofcourse spectacular, which one can see weather permitting. Bus driver not that friendly. If you go, fly back otherwise it's a very long day (about 16 hours). Also, bring your sea legs: the day we went it was very bad weather and we had a ferry full of seasick people.
