The first stop on your day trip from Adelaide is the summit of Mt Lofty, where the panoramic views offer sights of the city and surrounding hills. Then relax on the scenic trip through the verdant Adelaide Hills to the historic township of Hahndorf, just 30 minutes from Adelaide. You’ll have free time to browse the European-style architecture, shops and restaurants in this lovely village, settled by Germans in the 19th century.
