Then board the M/V Ptarmigan for an unforgettable one hour cruise across iceberg-dotted Portage Lake. Take a seat in the enclosed lounge or on the open-air observation deck. The cruise is narrated by a representative of the U.S. Forest Service. On the way back to Anchorage, stop at the Alyeska Ski Resort for a lunch on your own and an optional tram ride to the top of Mt. Alyeska.
