Gary Line in Melbourne made booking our tours so easy. All of our tours were excellent.
I redeem the Australia Sightseeing Pass at Federation Square(Finders St) at Melbourne and booked 4 full days tour. The bus guides are helpful and professional. They have indepth knowledge of Melbourne City. I enjoyed savings of 20-30% by redeeming Australia Sightseeing Pass.
This is a real value. We redeemed our voucher in Melbourne and booked a Dandenongs tour, and a Sunlover's Great Barrier Reef tour for Cairns. In Cairns we booked a Kurando tour over the phone as there aren't any offices there.
Excellent value and tours.
Penguin tour is fantastic a must to see
I was able to redeem it easily at the local agent desk. The address given for the local agent was wrong, it was a good thing that I called the local agent before going there so I knew the right place to go.
Note from Viator: Apologies for the faulty information. We have now recofirmed and updated the address. Rest assured this problem will not happen again. Thanks for flagging it to us.
Good tours with the best tour guide drivers you'll find anywhere in the world.
The tour was fun from the first minute. Our guide was charming and very knowledgeable. The group was small and we really got to see "the works" of the Opera House. The breakfast was tasty and it was delightful to eat in the unusual ambiance.

Great value for money. Only one problem, the tour operator's office in Adelaide is not where we were told it was. We searched for it!!! It is now in the bus station. Everything was perfect, but not to be missed is the tram meal in Melbourne and the 360 tower in Sydney - food excellent for both!!
This was an excellent deal. What a great way to see Australia.
Booked a tour in Sydney (Jenolan Caves) and three in Melbourne (Penguins Parade, Puffing Billy and Wildlife, and Great Ocean Road), all were great, and the Sightseeing (or Diamond) Pass with Gray Line Tour Company is a good value. I saved about $250 in total using this pass instead of buying each tour individually. If you wish to explore places thoroughly at your own pace, then these tours may not satisfy you. If you don't mind touring to many different places in a day, then this is definitely a good value for you. The buses are clean, the tour guides are friendly and witty, and Gray Line customer service was pretty good, in my experience. Definitely try to book tours outside the city to get the most bang for your buck, as you can find cheap or free walking tours in the big cities. Really good way to see a lot of different things in a short span of time.
