Perfect views. Wind speed was good therefore, generally pleasant. Maybe will be a little chilly for some. Also, trying to get into the basket was fairly easy. However, some might have problems as the basket was pretty high. I am sure the pilot will aid you if needed. Full of humour those guys. I will definitely recommend this activity. :)
A wonderful experience, particularly as we were upgraded to an hour long trip. Staff were very attentive and the champagne breakfast was great fun and generous. We had the added bonus of a young German man proposing to his sweetheart when we landed! She said "yes"!

This was a fantastic experience. The pilot and driver were helpful and informative. The breakfast was excellent, and help was provided for my 72 year old mother who also took part in the balloon ride. Words cannot really sum it up. Seeing the sunrise over Alice was so amazing, I had to pinch myself to make sure it was real! Having only just returned from Australia we are now saving up to go again. Keep up the good work!

This balloon ride was so much fun. Very cold first thing in the morning, but when we finally got in the balloon, the heater (gas fire for balloon) was working great. I would say dress for the cold, we went in June, but the sunrise over the MacDonnell range was lovely. As this was an anniversary present from our family, I can only say "Go for it". One of the most amazing things I have ever done.
I would like to have had a longer time in the air on the balloon. Didn't think the 1/2 hour was anywhere near enough
The ride itself was worth doing, although I thought it was somewhat overpriced.
It was very hot and noisy but definitely worth getting up for. Enjoyed the flight and the breakfast.
