A very long but rewarding day to see one of Australia's most iconic symbols. The two drivers / guides work like Trojans to make the trip as enjoyable as possible with nice touches to break up the journey - water melon, oranges etc. plus breakfast and lunch tasters and memorable evening barbecue as the sun set over Uluru. A brilliant day out.
We had a wonderful time on this tour. Our tour guide did a great job of explaining the geography of the land and Aboriginal culture. The morning stop for breakfast sandwiches offered an unexpected surprise when the café owner brought out one of his pet snakes. We had ample opportunity to see the Olgas and to explore various areas of Uluru. The sunset dinner and champagne toast marked the end of a fabulous outing. On the way back to Alice Springs the driver took a short stop to show us some of the stars in the blackened sky. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see Uluru and The Olgas who has a limited amount of time.
One of the highlights of our vacation in Australia. Great day that packs in a lot we could have never done on our own given our tight schedule. Very well paced, sufficient rest stops, great food , amazing sights and well informed guides.
this trip is excellent and John our tour guide really made the day. I would highly recommend this as a superb way to see Ulluru and you do see it all as well as the Olgas. The sunset barbecue s a great way to end the day. The trip is long however worth every minute and every penny.
Although it's a long day, but definitely worth it, friendly guide with treats provided all day. The trip will definitely change your impression of a dessert
We had a great time! The guides were friendly and knowledgable. We were fed every 2 hours and stopped for toilettes every 2-3 hours.
The atmosphere was light and friendly and we saw all that we intended to see.
This was the highlight of my holiday. Uluru was breathtaking. It looks so big in photos but in real life it is enormous. Just beautiful. The Olgas were just as beautiful. Just amazing, one minute you are driving along with nothing but desert then suddenly here are these perfect little mountains. The tour guides were great. They told us about the aboriginal myths which were very interesting. Dinner was great and watching Uluru change colour at sunset was fabulous.
This was an amazing tour even though it was a very long trip. Mick and Calvin were fantastic tour guides and fun to be with. They respectfully explained the Aboriginal culture to us as they showed us the sites. Their 'barbie' was delicious! It was very special to be able to purchase art work from the Aboriginal ladies.
It was a fantastic day! The guides (Magdita and Tony) were very knowledgeable, fun and all round great people. Excellent value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the tour to friends and family!
Tour was fantastic. The tour operators were helpful and looked after everyone on the bus to make sure everyone drank enough water and ate enough to sustain their energy. The tour operators went above and beyond. The sunset dinner overlooking Ayers Rock was the perfect ending to a spectacular day.
We had an excellent tour. Tic and Lynn were great. We stopped often to view Uluru, the olgas, and all care was taken wo we would enjoy our experience. We had a breakfast, lunch, and wine dinner watching the sunset at Uluru. Very knowledgeable tour guides. I would totally recomment this tour.
