On this 4-day tour you'll travel south from Amman to the ancient city of Petra to see the magnificent Treasury (El-Khazneh). Continue to Wadi Rum, a uniquely shaped mountain that rose amongst the rosy red sand of the desert. Later visit the Dead Sea where the salt content of the water is so high, no fish can survive.

This tour will also take you South of the kingdom to Petra. The ancient Nabataean city of Petra is considered one of the wonders of the world and people come from all over the world to see it.
Later in the tour, visit Wadi Rum, the uniquely shaped massive mountain that rose amongst the rosy red sand of the desert with towering cliffs of various brownish, reddish and golden colors.
Continue to see the incredible Dead Sea, which sits 400 meters below sea level. The Dead Sea speaks for itself; there is no living fish! It is by far one of Jordan's most impressive and spectacular places to visit.
A local Guide will be included for 2 hours in Petra. The guides are provided by the Authority of Petra under the Ministry of Tourism.

Day 1: Amman: 30km (D)
Upon your arrival into Amman, you will be meet and assisted from Amman Queen Alia international airport. The driver will transfer you to your hotel, the rest of the day is at leisure. Dinner and overnight in Amman.
Day 2: Amman - Petra: 350km (B, D)
Following breakfast, depart to the South of the kingdom to Petra. The Nabatean Red, Rose City of Petra that can be considered one of the wonders of the world. A city 139 miles (225 kilometers) from Amman, carved in stone more than 2000 years ago in order to dominate the trade routes of ancient Arabia. Visit its towns, damns, and water channels.
First, walk the siq, a narrow path of three quarters of a mile (1.2 kilometers), which is the main entrance to the city. At the end of the siq, you will see the treasury " Khazneh" - which was believed to hold countless treasures. The first view of the "Khazneh" is a breathtaking. Other monuments we can see are the monastery and the altar of sacrifice. Dinner and overnight in Petra.
Day 3: Petra - Wadi Rum - Dead Sea: 475Km (B, D)
After breakfast depart to Wadi Rum, called the valley of moon where the movie Lawrence of Arabia was filmed. A short visit of Wadi Rum in a 4x4 jeep. Wadi Rum is a uniquely shaped massive mountain that rose amongst the rosy red sand of the desert with towering cliffs of various brownish, reddish and golden colors.
Then transfer to the Dead Sea which sits 400 meters below sea level. The Dead Sea is one of the most incredible places in the world. It is known for the Biblical story of the destruction of Sodom and Amora, which was turned into salt. The Dead Sea speaks for itself; there is no living fish! It is by far one of Jordan's most impressive and spectacular places to visit. Its calm shining water glowing from its scorching sun above, is known for the concentration of salt and minerals which makes it a therapeutic as well as a unique swimming experience not to be missed! Free time to swim before returning to your hotel in Amman.
Day 4: Amman: 30km (B)
After breakfast and to coincide with your departure flight details, you will be transferred to Amman Queen Alia International Airport to meet your outbound flight.
