We had a great experience. Our driver met us at the airport, was incredibly punctual and professional, and guided us through a foreign country.
I think I got enough of an experience of Jordan that I'm not sure I need to go back, but I would definitely use Viator again for future travels.
The tour was great! I took my parents and aunt on this 4 day private tour and we had an amazing time. Ahmad our driver and guide was very nice, helpful, well informed and spoke good English. Due to the snow and the icy road conditions, we didn’t make it to Wadi Rum and so Ahmad took us to Madabar and Mt Nebo instead. We appreciated the flexibility offered from such private tours. I also liked the fact that the travel agency was calling from time to time to check that everything was OK (as the roads were icy and slippery). I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone heading to Jordan.
