We enjoyed the whole trip. Highlight was Petra, of course. We would specially like to recommend the Great View Hotel which has fantastic views. Food was also very good, room was large and clean, and the staff was helpful. It is easy to see that the hotel has good management. It had also nice outdoor pool which we did not use. The guide who took us through Petra was engaged on the spot and was not good. He wanted to speed up the whole thing and finish it as quickly as possible.

The trip involves a lot of time travelling in a car. The driver's english was fine and he was very accommodating but drove a little too fast for our liking. The hotel staff spoke good english and were friendly and the meals and rooms were OK.

Great time - "must visit" location - guides were first class, trip ran to schedule - people in Jordan all very friendly, felt really safe, private tour is definitely the way to go. Hotel in Petra was good. Hotel in Amman below standard Dana plaza - def not 4 star - food very bad Overall - really great 4 day trip!

Lovely country, good trip but not long enough! We intend to return to explore Amman and the north of the country.

I would say this was a very worthwhile holiday and Viator did exactly what we had hoped they would do, a holiday especially for the two of us, at the exact date we requested for a very reasonable price, hosted all the way.

The man who met us before immigration was extremely polite and well spoken he also took us back to the airport very efficiently. The hotel Orchid was clean and sufficient, service very polite, no bedside lamps until asked for, rather threadbare sheets, but every other way perfect.

Our guide picked us up on schedule, in a very clean car - including wind-screens - good for photos through the glass. He whizzed us off, spoke good English, paid for everything - we didn't need money except for minimal things. He drove rather fast, except for radar traps, and his car did not have safety belts in the back. - that made my wife rather nervous - but he was a good and solicitous guide, and we saw more with him, including Mt Nebo, than we could have in the time with a less speedy driver.

This tour was a very comfortable and convenient way of seeing a lot of what Jordan has to offer. On the downside, days 1 and 4 were spent solely in Amman, where there isn't that much to see. A lot was packed into days 2 and 3, which made the tour quite expensive for what we got and meant that there was quite a lot of time wasted in Amman when we could have been seeing other sites or spending more time in the places we visited.

5 star hotel isn't really a 5 star hotel. It would be better if customer can pay more for the premium 5 star option which wasn't available for us when we travelled. It would be even better if the trip could be slightly modified to include Aqaba on the way so we didn't have to travel down specifically for Aqaba.

Good way to see the sights but there was lots of room for improvement. The hotels we stayed in were pretty terrible, I didnt expect much but got even less. The driver and all the tour guides were constantly trying to squeeze more and more money out us which became really annoying. The amman city tour which lasted approx 3 hours including an average dinner that we had already paid for cost us 150! Everyone expected a tip even when you have paid to do an activity and the service dosnt merit a tip.

Everything was great but you selection of Amman Beach as the Resort for the Dead Sea, gave a final rating of TOTALLY UNACEPTABLE to the Tour. The place was completely packed, dirty, run-down. The fences, the showers, the chairs, were all torned out. My wife could not have a confortable bath because she was the only non-arabic tourist. There was no other person in the whole resort wearing a bathing suit. After we found-out more, they told us that with Q Beach Resort the story would have been completely different. But it was 10 or 15 dollars more expensive. You can easily make the math. Have a customer who paid 1.300 dollar with that king of experience, or charge 1.330 hundred for the package?
