Driver was on time, car was clean. Enjoyable experience, driver very friendly and courteous. Much nicer than having to hail a taxi or go by train to our hotel. Well worth the money!!!

Driver was easy to find at the airport and the Mercedes used was lovely and comfortable. They even provided a bottle of water for each passenger and gave us the football scores we had missed during the flight!

It was nice having a car waiting to take us to our hotel so we didn't have to worry about how to get there.

Had to wait around 10 minutes for driver, then walk to van for another 10 minutes. No complaints about the journey, but would have been cheaper to book through hotel, about half the price.

The driver was unfamiliar with my hotel and took me to the wrong location despite the proper address being provided at booking time.

I would recommend the train instead. Much more economical. Had not realized how easily accessible transport was.

The car pick up was not what I ordered. It was supposed to be a Mercedes E Car. Also I had to call the office to locate the driver.
