Our driver that was supposed to pick us up wasn't there yet so they sent someone else to wait with us while he was on his way. Thought that was very courteous instead of just making us wait and wonder where the driver was. Had a nice ride to the hotel in Amsterdam with the driver talking about the area and stopping for me to take a picture. Would recommend this transfer! No complaints!

The person that pick up us from the airport was a gentleman and drive carefully.
He was there waiting for us with umbrellas in his hand ...it was raining...

We reached the meeting point before the driver, so we had to wait a few minutes. Also, the directions to follow the signs to the train were very helpful...I don't know how we would have found our driver otherwise. Our driver was courteous and very helpful.

Our flight was over an hour late and we would have never have found the meeting place. Our driver knew where we would be and saved the day. He also helped us find our hotel "Amsterdam4Holiday". Sounds funny but it is a small B and B and is hard to find even when you are standing 10 feet away! Loved Amsterdam!

Welcomed by our courteous and helpful driver who was waiting to meet us on arrival and who handled our baggage efficiently as he escorted us to a very comfortable and immaculately clean car. In addition he retrieved a missing mobile phone which had been dropped in the vehicle and returned this early the following morning which was greatly appreciated. Excellent service!

Glad to see our driver. I forgot to read my instructions, but when I did, we easily found our driver who took us in the car pictured in the ad, good airconditioning, right to our hotel. I thought that the gratuities were included in the price when we purchased the transfer. But the driver reminded me firmly that it wasn't. Have to double check this still. It is overpriced for how little driving was involved to our hotel. But when you are tired, having someone there was worth it.

Our driver met us right outside the place where we collected our baggage. He was easy to find. He was very well dressed (and very handsome!), spoke great English, was an excellent driver, gave us suggestions about Amsterdam, and got us to our apartment no problem.

Greeted at the airport and delivered straight to our accommodation door. Assistance with luggage also. A nice easy way to get from the airport to your hotel when in a new country
