Driver was on time and took us to our hotel very quickly. Although cabs were available, it gave us comfort to know we'd have reliable transportation which we could pre-pay for. I would use them again. Driver was nice to point out all the sites and provide recommendations for us as well.
The driver was on time and very professional. We had a lot of baggage and he handled it all perfectly. I would recommend this service.
This one did not work well.We waited over an hour.We had to have Viking cruise call twice.first time we were told driver went to wrong port.I believe there was also confusion as to time of pickup.once picked up driver was very courteous.I would suggest again that on the confirmation that a pickup window time be noted.Thanks.
We had to wait for the driver at the cruise port to take us to our hotel. That was because we got off the ship earlier than I had scheduled the driver. I wasn't sure what time we would get off of the ship, so had to guess on the time to schedule the driver. I don't how it could have better because you never know how the ship will disembark their passengers.
Unfortunately this was not as good as our other transfers recommended and booked through Viator. Before I go any further, I must make it clear that the driver was wonderful and the problems were not of his doing. There apparently was a serious breakdown in communication. We were told that the driver would be waiting when we got off the ship, which we thought strange because all the other passengers with private transportation waited for their drivers aboard ship and they were paged when their drivers arrived. But, we did as we were instructed and got off the ship on time and waited for a driver that had our name. After about 35 minutes I called the local number and they said that the driver was there. After looking and not finding him, I called again and they said that he was at the Passenger Terminal and they advised us to walk over to it, which was ridiculous since it was at least a half mile away. I said that this was not the service I paid for and told them to send the driver over to where the ship was docked. At that point I was just going to find a taxi, but a kindly gentleman asked if we were who he was looking for. We said yes and he took over. He was there the whole time, and I know that because my wife was standing in front of his car the whole time. H e was aboard the ship looking for us...which apparently is normal. Once again the driver was excellent and the problem was with in the company and I suggest you talk to them before continuing to do business with them.
