It opens eyes to Amsterdam. Services were good but the sign of the boarding places were not clear, so we took a long time to get there.

The boat we aimed for on the Tuesday afternoon was at least 20 minutes late, with the result that we were unable to use the service until the following morning and only managed two short journeys.

Very difficult to find the stop to start the tour. There are so many canal boats, but couldn't find the one we needed. Viator needs a map of where to pick up the tickets. We walked all over and wasted a lot of time. Don't recommend if you are short on time scheduled. Definitely need at least a full day.

It would be much better with more stops and a less complicated routing of boats. But worthwhile if you want a boat ride and some assistance getting to certain points.

Canned commentary on the boats. This is a good way to get around, but there aren't many stops.

We queued for more than an hour to get on the boat. We felt we could not get off at the various stops as it would have meant wasting more hours, so we ended up taking a round trip - pity we could not have hopped on and off.

The canal ride is really nice, but the commentary could not really be heard. It would have been much better with a live guide or a better sound system.

I bought tickets for 3 adults on line, there was no problem exchanging the printed email for the tickets, however, the advert for 24 hours a day usage is a scam. The canal boats finish in the evening, then do not start again until about 9 am. also, if the canal boats are full, you cannot use them. So we ended up spending 87 euros for 2 trips on the canal in 48 hours.

The passes were hard to redeem. I bought everything at one location on line but had to go to many locations to redeem and their English was very limited.
